Shrine Offices and Building

Osman Shrine occupied a building in downtown St. Paul for many years up until 1965.  The building was purchased by the state for a planned highway.  Osman then bought the Lost Spur Country Club, a private golf course and club.  Over time Osman decided to use the services of a separate catering company to run the public golf course and the banquet center.  The operating company is Wendell PIttenger Golf Operations.  You can visit the site for the Lost Spur Event Center by clicking here.

In 2010 construction was started on a new facility on the same grounds.  Osman Shrine and the Osman Shrine Circus offices opened in the new building on July 30, 2011.  The first banquets in the new building took place on August 6, 2011.  The new building can handle up to 3 banquets at once.  The largest room can handle up to 340 people.  Also in the new building is the Pro Shop for the golf course and a new bar and grill open for golfers and for those that would like a good meal while watching a golf tournament or your favorite sport.

To help pay for our new building, many nobles, clubs and units have made a contribution to our Building Fund.  Thank you to all that have made a contribution to Osman Shrine.

On October 7 Osman Shrine hosted a Building Fundraising Dinner.  The Event was a great success.  A number Nobles and their ladies attended this all inclusive dinner.  Entertainment was provided by a marvelous string duo followed by the Vox Chorus of Roseville High School.  Those in attendance also heard the latest information about the status of the building and property.  A list of future projects was presented that included extensive work on our warehouse located north of the main building.  More updates will follow as we progress in this new era at Osman Shrine.
